Shorter (30 mins) structured sessions to suit all fitness levels, featuring a variety of exercise styles to keep sessions interesting and you on your toes!  So why not join me for:

Motivation Monday - Start the week the right way with a cardio session designed to work up a sweat and boost your mood 😎  

Weighted Wednesday - Hit hump day hard with a resistance session using a mix of body weight and equipment.  Get hyped for hypertrophy 💪

Freestyle Friday - Let's mix it up with a bodyweight and cardio session that will leave you pumped and ready for the weekend 💃
